Flood Watch issued June 21 at 9:57PM CDT until June 22 at 1:00PM CDT by NWS La Crosse WI * WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible. * WHERE...Portions of Iowa, including the following counties, Allamakee, Chickasaw, Clayton, Fayette, Floyd, Howard, Mitchell and Winneshiek, southeast Minnesota, including the following counties, Dodge, Fillmore, Houston, Mower, Olmsted, Wabasha and Winona, and Wisconsin, including the following counties, Adams, Buffalo, Clark, Crawford, Grant, Jackson, Juneau, La Crosse, Monroe, Richland, Trempealeau and Vernon. * WHEN...Through Saturday afternoon. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Low-water crossings may be flooded. Extensive street flooding and flooding of creeks and rivers are possible. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Multiple rounds of rainfall are expected today and Saturday.
