Minor flooding is forecast. * WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Neches River near Diboll. * WHEN...From Monday morning to Wednesday morning. * IMPACTS...At 12.0 feet, Minor lowland flooding occurs. Expect flooded boat ramps and trails. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:15 PM CDT Saturday the stage was 6.2 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage late Monday morning to a crest of 12.3 feet Monday evening. It will then fall below flood stage Tuesday afternoon. - Flood stage is 12.0 feet. - Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of 12.2 feet on 04/04/2017. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood Do not drive cars through flooded areas.
