Low-water crossings may be flooded. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Training thunderstorms are expected to develop and persist across portions of northeast Nebraska late this evening and overnight tonight. Additional rainfall accumulations of 1 to 2 inches, with localized amounts up to 4 inches will be possible. You should monitor later forecasts and be alert for possible Flood Warnings.
