CROIX THIS INCLUDES THE CITIES OF BLAINE, CAMBRIDGE, CENTER CITY, CHANHASSEN, CHASKA, DURAND, ELK RIVER, HASTINGS, HUDSON, MENOMONIE, MINNEAPOLIS, MONTICELLO, OSCEOLA, RED WING, RICE LAKE, RIVER FALLS, SHAKOPEE, ST PAUL, STILLWATER, AND VICTORIA.

Special Weather Statement issued June 19 at 6:09PM CDT by NWS Twin Cities/Chanhassen MN At 609 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a line of showers extending from over Hugo to 6 miles northeast of Brownton, or extending from 19 miles north of St. Paul to 8 miles southeast of Hutchinson, moving southeast at 30 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph. SOURCE...Radar indicated. An outflow boundary is evident moving north-northwest to south-southeast that will produce a line of gusty winds. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Locations impacted include... Minneapolis, St. Paul, River Falls, Bloomington, Brooklyn Park, Plymouth, Eagan, Woodbury, Maple Grove, Coon Rapids, Eden Prairie, Burnsville, Blaine, Lakeville, Minnetonka, Apple Valley, Edina, St. Louis Park and Maplewood. Monitor the weather situation closely and be alert for threatening weather conditions.
