Northwestern Harper County in south central Kansas... Kingman County in south central Kansas... * Until 1115 PM CDT. * At 1010 PM CDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line extending from 9 miles southeast of Kingman to near Isabel, moving southeast at 15 mph. HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and half dollar size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage to roofs, siding, and trees. * Locations impacted include... Kingman, Norwich, Nashville, Murdock, Waterloo, Willowdale, Zenda, Spivey, Cleveland, Rago, and Kingman Airport. For your protection move to an interior room on the lowest floor of a building. Torrential rainfall is occurring with these storms, and may lead to flash flooding.
