Rock River at Moline affecting Rock Island and Henry IL Counties. * WHAT...Major flooding is occurring. * WHERE...Wapsipinicon River near De Witt 4S. * WHEN...Until early Sunday morning. * IMPACTS...At 12.5 feet, water affects old U.S. Highway 61 near the river. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:30 PM CDT Monday the stage was 12.8 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage Saturday evening and continue falling to 9.1 feet Monday, June 22. - Flood stage is 11.0 feet.
