Jacksonville, Jacksonville International Arpt, Cisco Gardens, Talbot Island, Oceanway, Amelia City, Little Talbot Island, Fort Caroline, Nassau Village-Ratliff, and Tallyrand. If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

Marine Weather Statement issued June 19 at 1:36PM EDT by NWS Jacksonville FL The areas affected include... Coastal waters from Altamaha Sound to Fernandina Beach FL out 20 NM... Coastal waters from Fernandina Beach to St. Augustine FL out 20 NM... At 136 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated strong thunderstorms, capable of producing winds to around 30 knots. These thunderstorms were located along a line extending from 9 nm northwest of Amelia City to 28 nm west of Talbot Island, moving east at 20 knots. Mariners can expect gusty winds to around 30 knots, locally higher waves, and lightning strikes. Boaters should seek safe harbor immediately until these storms pass.
