Movement was east at 40 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Locations impacted include... Panama City, Lynn Haven, Panama City Beach, Callaway, Springfield, Hiland Park, Tyndall Air Force Base, Parker, Ebro, Allanton, Dirego Park, College Station, Gulf Resort Beach, West Panama City, Bahama Beach, Bennett, Davis Beach, Porter Lake, Brannonville, and Millville.
