พื้นที่เสี่ยงภัยฝนตกหนัก มรสุมตะวันตกเฉียงใต้ที่พัดปกคลุมทะเลอันดามันตอนบน ด้านตะวันตกของภาคเหนือ และภาคกลางมีกำลังค่อนข้างแรง ทำให้ประเทศไทยตอนบนมีฝนตกหนักบางแห่ง โดยมีฝนตกหนักมากบริเวณภาคเหนือและภาคกลาง ขอให้ประชาชนในบริเวณดังกล่าว ระวังอันตรายจากฝนตกหนักและฝนที่ตกสะสม ซึ่งอาจทำให้เกิดน้ำท่วมฉับพลันและน้ำป่าไหลหลาก โดยเฉพาะพื้นที่ลาดเชิงเขาใกล้ทางน้ำไหลผ่านและพื้นที่ลุ่ม รวมทั้งเพิ่มความระมัดระวังในการสัญจรผ่านบริเวณที่มีฝนฟ้าคะนองไว้ด้วย

People should beware of heavy to very heavy rains that may cause flash floods and overflows especially, along waterways and lowlands, and take more caution in thundershowers.
