General Flood Advisory Under present weather conditions, At 3:00 AM today, the Low Pressure Area (LPA) was estimated based on all available data at 1,035 km East of Southeastern Mindanao (6.5°N, 135.0°E). Southwest Monsoon affecting Luzon and Visayas. The 12-hour rainfall forecast is light to moderate rains . WATERCOURSES LIKELY TO BE AFFECTED : + **Ilocos Norte** - Rivers and its tributaries particularly Bulu, Banban, Bacarra-Vintar, Laoag and Quiaoit. + **Ilocos Sur** - Rivers and its tributaries particularly Lower Abra, Silay-Sta. Maria, Buaya, and Amburayan. + **Pangasinan** - Rivers and its tributaries particularly Balincaguing and Alaminos. + **La Union** - Rivers and its tributaries particularly Amburayan, Baroro, Lower Bauang and Aringay. People living near the mountain slopes and in the low lying areas of the above mentioned river systems and the **Local Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Councils** concerned still advised to take appropriate actions.
