special weather statement in effect Heat wave this week A warm air mass will affect Central Quebec beginning on Tuesday. Maximum temperatures between 30 and 34 C are expected, followed by overnight lows above 20 C. Humidex values will exceed 40 in the afternoon on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. Heat and humidity will begin to ease on Friday. Watch out for heat-related impacts, such as heat exhaustion and/or heat stroke.
