Προειδοποιήσεις, Ban Khlong Lawe

พื้นที่เสี่ยงภัยฝนตกหนัก มรสุมตะวันตกเฉียงใต้พัดปกคลุมทะเลอันดามัน ประเทศไทย และอ่าวไทย ประกอบกับมีหย่อมความกดอากาศต่ำปกคลุมบริเวณชายฝั่งประเทศเวียดนามตอนบนและอ่าวตังเกี๋ย ลักษณะเช่นนี้ทำให้ประเทศไทยมีฝนฟ้าคะนองเกิดขึ้นได้บางพื้นที่ และมีฝนตกหนักบางแห่งในภาคตะวันออก และภาคใต้ฝั่งตะวันตก ขอให้ประชาชนในบริเวณดังกล่าวระวังอันตรายจากฝนตกหนักและฝนที่ตกสะสม สำหรับบริเวณทะเลอันดามันตอนบน ทะเลมีคลื่นสูง 1-2 เมตร บริเวณที่มีฝนฟ้าคะนองคลื่นสูงมากกว่า 2 เมตร ขอให้ชาวเรือในบริเวณดังกล่าวเดินเรือด้วยความระมัดระวังและหลีกเลี่ยงการเดินเรือในบริเวณที่มีฝนฟ้าคะนองไว้ด้วย
