General Flood Advisory Under present weather conditions, At 3:00 PM today, the center of Severe Tropical Storm "NIKA" {TORAJI} was estimated based on all available data at 380 km East of Infanta, Quezon (15.2°N, 125.2°E) with maximum sustained winds of 110 km/h and gustiness of up to 135 km/h. It is moving Westward at 10 km/h. The 12-hour rainfall forecast is moderate to heavy rains. WATERCOURSES LIKELY TO BE AFFECTED : + **Aurora** - Rivers and its tributaries particularly Casiguran, Aguang and Lower Umiray. + **Bataan** - Rivers and its tributaries particularly Balanga and Morong. + **Zambales** - Rivers and its tributaries particularly Pamatawan, Sto. Tomas, Bucao, Bancal and Lawis. People living near the mountain slopes and in the low lying areas of the above mentioned river systems and the **Local Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Councils** concerned advised to be alert for possible flashfloods and landslides.
