HAZARD...Less than one mile visibility with strong wind in excess of 40 mph. SOURCE...Traffic cameras. IMPACT...Hazardous travel. Locations impacted include... Las Cruces, Vado, NMSU Main Campus, Afton, Dona Ana, Mesquite, Mesilla, San Miguel, Fairacres, Organ, La Mesa, Talavera, East Mesa, Afton Generating Plant, High Valley, San Pablo, Picacho, Northeast Las Cruces, Corralitos, and Dripping Springs. Blowing dust brings reduced visibility, leading to dangerous driving conditions. If driving, avoid blowing dust if possible.
