Heavy rain likely to impact human activities is expected. Due to rainfall, visibility may be reduced, floods are possible. Road traffic conditions may be difficult and some disruptions may affect rail travel. I keep away from rivers and low points, I reach a high point or I take shelter upstairs. I do not drive on a flooded road, even if it is only partially so. I avoid travelling. I keep myself informed and stay aware of the rising waters. I don't go into basements. I keep my belongings out of the water and locate my emergency kit.
