For the Fire Weather Watch, from Friday morning through Friday evening. * WINDS...For the Red Flag Warning, west 30 to 40 mph with gusts up to 65 mph. For the Fire Weather Watch, west 25 to 40 with gusts up to 55 mph. * RELATIVE HUMIDITY...As low as 6 percent today, as low as 4 percent on Friday. * RFTI...7 to 8 or extreme. * IMPACTS...Avoid the use of open flames or any activities that may generate sparks, such as outdoor burning or welding.
